  • Ready-to-wear items typically ship from New Jersey, USA.
  • Made-to-order, custom-made, and pre-order outfits are generally produced and shipped from Nigeria.

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN READY-TO-WEAR AND MADE-TO-ORDER?

Ready-to-Wear

These are already produced outfits available for immediate purchase and faster shipping.

Made-to-Order / Custom-Made

These outfits are specially produced after your order is placed. They may be tailored to your measurements, preferred style details, or fabric selections.

Production times are longer for made-to-order items because each piece is carefully crafted.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Shipping times vary depending on the product type and destination.

Ready-to-Wear Orders

  • USA: Usually 2–7 business days
  • International: Usually 5–14 business days

Made-to-Order / Custom Orders

  • Production Time: Usually 1–2 weeks
  • Shipping Time After Production:
    • USA: 5–10 business days

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE CUSTOM OUTFITS?

Most custom or made-to-order outfits require approximately 1–4 weeks for tailoring and finishing before shipment.

Complex designs, bridal wear, group orders, or peak season demand may require additional production time.

DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM MEASUREMENTS?

Yes. For eligible custom-made outfits, customers can provide body measurements during checkout or after placing an order.

We recommend submitting accurate measurements to ensure the best fit.

CAN I REQUEST STYLE MODIFICATIONS?

In many cases, yes. Depending on the design, customers may request certain modifications such as:

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS DUTIES OR IMPORT TAXES?

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their country.

These charges are generally not included in the product or shipping price.

WHAT IF THE PACKAGE IS HELD BY CUSTOMS?

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Once production has started on a made-to-order or custom item, cancellations or major changes may no longer be possible.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND REFUND POLICY?

  • Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items are generally non-refundable unless there is a production defect or error.

DO I NEED TO BE THERE TO SIGN FOR DELIVERY?

DHL may contact you to sign a waiver to allow them to deliver to you signature-free. As long as you sign the waiver, your presence would not be required when they deliver.

DO YOU DELIVER TO MY POSTCODE?

We deliver worldwide. We use major delivery carriers like USPS and DHL. As long as your location is within their reach, you will receive your package. If unsure please contact the carriers to confirm that they deliver to your specific location.
