At Nora Root, we are committed to delivering high-quality African fashion. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. RETURN WINDOW
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unused
- In original condition and packaging
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are generally non-refundable:
- Made-to-order/custom outfits
- Items returned after 7 days
- Items damaged due to misuse
3. MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

All made-to-order items are final sale, except where:
- The item does not match your confirmed specifications
- There is a production defect
- The error is from Nora Root or the manufacturer
4. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged
- Incorrect
- Not made according to your specifications

We will:
- Offer a fix/adjustment, OR
- Provide a replacement, OR
- Issue a refund (if no other solution is feasible)
5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect measurements submitted by customers
- Errors in customization details provided

6. RESTOCKING FEE
- A restocking fee may apply to eligible returns
- This fee will be deducted from your refund where applicable
7. SHIPPING COSTS
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the error is ours
8. REFUND PROCESS
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on payment provider)
