RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Nora Root, we are committed to delivering high-quality African fashion. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. RETURN WINDOW

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be:
    • Unworn
    • Unused
    • In original condition and packaging

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

 

The following items are generally non-refundable:

  • Made-to-order/custom outfits
  • Items returned after 7 days
  • Items damaged due to misuse

3. MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

 

All made-to-order items are final sale, except where:

  • The item does not match your confirmed specifications
  • There is a production defect
  • The error is from Nora Root or the manufacturer

4. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

 

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged
  • Incorrect
  • Not made according to your specifications

 

We will:

  • Offer a fix/adjustment, OR
  • Provide a replacement, OR
  • Issue a refund (if no other solution is feasible)

5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

 

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect measurements submitted by customers
  • Errors in customization details provided

 

Please double-check all inputs before placing your order.

6. RESTOCKING FEE

  • A restocking fee may apply to eligible returns
  • This fee will be deducted from your refund where applicable

7. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the error is ours

8. REFUND PROCESS

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on payment provider)
